Hey if like me you enjoy your music then look after your ears. Imagine a life being deaf or a severely cut hearing range!!! Being deaf at a gig does not bare thinking about for me..

Protect your ears, you only get one pair, if you don't want your listening pleasure limited by the sponge ear plugs then get your self some er20's

I bought some from click here for ebay link & they are excellent. They reduce the volume without distorting the sound.

£7-39 delivered to protect your ears has to be a bargain, less than the cost of an album download. Just do it!!!!

Having permanent tinnitus in my right ear from festivals - I always wear ear plugs now - some of the feedback on the stages was pretty loud at times even with them in.
