Libertines will headline Reading and Leeds, IF the reunion happens, which it will at some point, they're not stupid, and no-one is thinking anything about Carl Barat like he's a legend or whatever if he keeps turning down the money, he should just do it and get on with it, I mean theres no ill feeling between them anymore and he's hardly set the world alight outside of the Libertines has he?
