As far as my research goes, pumps could mean any of these:

In conclusion I can only guess that we are looking at Chinese people with pump action shot guns wearing reebok trainers and high heals with an old style gun in there pockets watching U2/Faithless whilst having sex but not ejaculating (Phew!)
