Oh yes - I'm there this year. Last one for a long while so it needs to be good. SUN please. I want a photo like that one, though with less cloud and a bit fuzzy due to excessive heat melting my camera.

Time for another bump I'd say.

Just now, I'm highly relieved that the sunny settled early Spring weather that so many of us have been getting for the past fortnight or so, is about to break up over the next two or three days, and be replaced by normal Atlantic type rain. Normal for this time of the year I mean.

All those blue skies and ultra sunny days we've been having of late seem to me to be a waste of good weather at the wrong time. I even have paranoia** that we're using up our High Pressure/good weather quota too early.

**(totally unsoundly based in strict meteorological terms but!)

So, please, lots of wind, cloud and rain between now and the end of April. (But not aftterwards).

To get it out of the way ...

I have a friend in the Met Office and he can confirm there will be weather at Glastonbury next year.

Normally i'd agree with you mate but Mother Nature is a funny old girl. The slightest sign of weakness shown by anyone and she'll have it peeing it down. We must present a united front in our non-acceptance of rubbish weather.

aslong as it isn't like 05/07 I'll be happy 07 was a nightmare for just mess, too muddy/wet ..just seemed to stop/start for the whole festival
