Hey

I'll also be in Novi Sad on a solo mission.

I think I may have accommodation at a hostel in the city, but they haven't taken a deposit or confirmed anything so there could be a bit of a communication barrier there. If anyone's got a spot going in an apartment or something...

Noticed a few Aussies on here. Is anyone here going to Splendour?

Hi, Im travelling solo thru Eastern and Central Europe at the moment and would like to meet up with other travellers who are going to Exit this year. Im female and from the UK and am happy to share an apartment or camping equipment costs for the festival. HOpe we all get sorted, sooo excited!!!

I'll be travelling down to Croatia after the Exit by myself. Me and a mate will be camping at the festival, we're from UK too!

after the festival i am planning to travel thru croatia too and eventually going thru greece and then on to turkey. are you camping at the festival or getting a dorm? im looking for people to share with as have no camping equipment at present but happy to share costs etc

We're camping, not too excited about trying to sleep in the sun but reckon we're going to try and take a gazebo. Hopefully it'll be worth the effort of getting it there!

Hi guys, I see a lot of you are planning your trip to EXIT festival this year, so I would recommend you to use EXIT TRIP, the official Exit tourist service. It’s the most safest and convenient way to go. Did I mention the cheapest?! Heathrow - Belgrade flights from 165 – 198 £! Rides directly to hostel Bajic&Vlahovic (15min walk to the fortress/center)->fun included:) For those who are planning to go to Croatia, there are even arranged bus rides after the festival. A lot more extras are available too, like your personal hosts / hostesses:), snack packets and lot more. For more information just visit EXITTRIP and find what suits your need. Or ask me;)

hah instead of arranging a big meet up eufest.com is doing one!

nice of them i know!!

deets on newsletter:

If you're coming to EXIT in Serbia this year, then this is your chance to meet Anna-Maria and the rest of the team behind eufest. You lucky, lucky people! And as if that wasn't enough of an incentive, we'll even be getting the rakija in (or beer, for the faint-hearted).

So get yourselves down to Bar Viribus, which is inside the festival site, near the clock tower (click here for a map) around 7pm on Friday 9 July and we'll see you all there for a pre-festival warm-up.

Hey,

Me and two friends are planning to camp Wednesday - Wednesday but all the comments about the heat are making us worry a bit. Is it totally unbearable or just annoying? Also, when do most people arrive at the campsite? If we're getting there on Wednesday evening will most of the shady spots be taken?

Other than the camping thing, though...looking forward to it so much! (:

Hey there, i've not been to exit before but know lots of people who went last year and they said it was pretty awful camping in the heat, however they had a really good time. there is accomodation available in the town of novi sad and if there is two of you, you can share a twin room for about 80 quid each for 4 nights, i think it might be a good idea really. im looking to share a room apartment as im travelling alone. i think i might have someone to share with but if we all get together then maybe an apartment between us. what do you think? im travelling in romania at the moment so plan to arrive a couple of days before the festival to get my bearings etc and have a look round the town. let me know if your interesting in renting somewhere then we can probably all get together.

I'd really like to get an apartment but I'm not sure we can afford it; we've already spent more than we planned to on flights so running a bit over-budget. I have a feeling it'll be a case of seeing what we thing when we get there - apparently the closer it gets to the festival, the more desperate people are to rent out their apartments so you can get some last minute deals. I'll let you know if we change our plans though (:
