what time is the annoucemnet due? The rockness website is the same as its been all year, so i think it may be reported on twitter and maybe a news release.... if its on twitter, can someone post it on here? our work has band social network sites. (had to get special access for this forum!!!)

top three predictions:

Kasabian, The strokes and Groove Armada. Confident at least 2 will play.

They deffo playing T? thought that was a rumour.... the T in the P tactics is to just have everyone, then make them sign a deal not to play anywhere else in Scotland!!! w@nkers.

LCD would be quality, they are amazing live. not headliner in the true sense though, but a favourite of mine.

They are w@nkers for basically monopolising the festival industry in Scotland, thats how. If it wasnt for good fortune, and very good managemnet, Rockness would struggle. it now attracts people from all over, even with a line up that is overshadowed by TintheP.

It wouldnt take much for Rockness to go under, only have to look at a few other to see that. so if TintheP keep exclusively booking the acts, then it offers less choice, and only takes a few outside factors to reduce profitability and ultimately thats when the backers look elsewhere.

you think its fair Ampersand?

I have been to 7 tintheP and 3 rockness so far, and Rockness is by far the best. i didnt mean there is no great acts outside T, but they have the majority of them. all this is of course subjectory, as you troll the rockness forum, even though you are a heavy metal fan. wont get any of that sh!te at Rockness though!!!
