I'm so confused!

I can't buy my ticket for a couple of months, so does that mean if all you usual efest lot have front row tickets, me and Tom can't camp with you?!

VIP campping

Regular camping

If a mate buys his ticket nearer the event they wont be able to get to the same front row campsite?

To be honest, its not far to any of the camp sites anyway (unlike T in the Park) so not really sure of the benefits of this at all. Its a good vibe in all the zones and I'm sure if you wanted to camp in this new bit you could....same as vip last year, folk were just walking in.

Seemingly the maps being sent out with tickets show "Purple Camping" and don't mention where the front row camping is.

According to Jim further up in this thread, it sounds like front row camping is replacing all/some of Purple Camping and some of the VIP area, but it's a bit difficult to plan where to meet your mates if you don't know what the definitive story is.

Current map on the official site is same as last year:

Also, I'm assuming that since I bought my tickets even before the whole early bird thing was announced, that I am still classed as an early bird??

Perhaps I should be an early early bird and get VERY front row camping????

Hi Jim,

Can you please indicate on the website or on here exactly where Front Row Camping will be. You have told us that it will be in the purple camping, however will it take up all of purple camping?

The map sent out with the tickets (received today) only shows Purple Camping, no sign of Front Row Camping on the map whatsoever.

Jk – let me look into that as if you bought front row you should get the right pln showing where it us. Where did you buy tickets from? Regards jim. Ps front row is in the area adjacent to the concessions and vip camping in purple.
