i thought it was quite obvious form the beginning that she was guilty. the way she smiled walking into court just made it seem like she was guilty and felt no remorse. she is beautiful but i think it's a bit ridiculous that there's been so much attention from the media because of that.

This is ridiculous. I have a gay pal that makes jokes like that all the time. If you've ever hung around with gay people, you realise the hetro v's homo banter that goes on.

I suggest you should go to a gay bar Phil, and talk to people. I've never heard the word "poof" and "dyke" being used so much than in Del's in Glasgow.

Because I spoke to a lesbian off these boards yesterday who doesn't want to join in the debate for fear of ridicule by a bunch of heterosexual males using derogatory language to describe her sexuality and then defending it by saying it's a joke - but she thanked me for taking this stance. Because whilst you and your boys club might think it's accepable, it very much isn't. It excludes people from joining in. Is that what you wanted? See how the thread develops into a boys club posting pictures of who they would and wouldn't shag and ask yourself how inviting that might be to people. These boards really can turn into a white middle class boys club fnaar fnaaring over a whole host of stuff. I really am not interested in whether you and a bunch of other people think Im a dick or coming across as a dick. Ive never once said you were a homophobe, just asked why you think it ok to use homophobic and racist language. This is a question that is clearly troubling for you because Ive asked 3 times in this thread and you have ignored the question 3 times. Why would that be?

whether she's guilty of murder or not she's certainly guilty of letting things go too far and to a point of no return. Whether any of it was intended, the Kercher girl still had her throat slit, was raped and god knows what lese and then died a pretty slow and nasty death. SOMEONE caused all that...and the DNA evidence, the physical evidence and then the evidence from suspects all lead to a conclusion that had to end in some pretty major convictions.

I haven't much followed anything about the case, but....

I thought Kercher wasn't actually raped? From the little I've heard, I thought she'd been sexually interfered with rather than raped.

Mind you, I guess that's a minor part of it all.
