Are you suggesting it is legitimate that not only should African immigrants have to prove their linguistic ability whilst seeking entry to this country but that it is legitimate that these immigrants will have to have a better linguistic ability than many hundreds of 1000s of 'native' speakers who have lived here for decades?

See the thing is, you define all talk of immigration as an issue of race, while others dont, so you seem to be fine accusing people of racism when their views have nothing to do with race.

This discussion of immigration cannot possibly be BNP language given that the BNP have one goal for immigration - a complete halt, followed by repatriation, which I dont recall anyone suggesting.

CBC, for example, has gone from people need to be able to speak english before they arrive to they can learn when they get here and then back again. With that level of intellectual rigour Im hardly going to be reconsidering my position.
