Shuttle Bus

I am very likely to be traveling to Castle Cary station on the Wednesday morning, as i only live in Yeovil, a short 15 mins ride away. Due to the fact that it is going to be our first ever glastonbury and the fact that the distance is so small, we were planning on getting a very early train (5am??) and arriving in Castle Cary between 5:15 and 5:30.

I was just wondering what time the first shuttle buses begin running and if we will be allowed to sit and wait for then in the village??

First shuttle buses will most likely start around or shortly before 8am. Depends on traffic, how many people are at the station, and other factors.

You could go into Castle Cary Village and wait, but I'm not sure why you would - it's quite a walk from the station, especially at 5am laden down with camping gear. Nothing will be open that early except the newsagents and you'd have to walk all the way back to the station to catch the shuttle bus.
