I think Limp Bizkit are definately a good shout for this year regardless. They stormed it & both Download & Sonisphere this year so I'd imagine R&L would've snapped them up after that.

He was supposed to play in 03 fourth from top but pulled out for some reason.

I don't think anyone's suggesting they'd headline. But with a new album out and having played Download and Soni (and received rave reviews for both) this year, I'd say they're very likely to play given the right headliner.
