BlackHole2006
Yeah me too! I'm excited about taking first timers this year! Same, I can't wait to show him the famous glastonbury view from the stone circle!
bulb
So is that what the typical entrance looks like? Ah I feel giddy in my tummy thinking about it. We're 5 first timers and no matter how much I read to prepare us, I know we just won't be able to cope with it all!
mikeb
My first thought when I saw that pic earlier was ... I'm almost certain it doesn't usually look anything quite like that ! I always come in via PGA but then again, I've never actually stopped to look in any case - I'm far more intent on trying to ignore the pain and break into something as remotely close to a gallop as possible in order to get through whatever actually is there rather than looking at it I'm well impressed that someone 'wasted' a few fractions of a second to pause and take a piccy though !! paulo999
Here's a self indulgent set of mine: Ten days to go... The cows observe. Michael at a meeting on the front lawn. Festival is Go! Tuesday, up at the farm. Another year finishes in blazing sunshine, and the fence dismantling begins: Edited December 27, 2009 by paulo999

amfy
This really is a lovely picture at this size - but I did have an early thought that the Tor is in the wrong place. Blow it up as I have done to try it for for a screensaver, and it is a really horrible photoshop mishmash. Sorry - maybe that's just me. Must admit when I saw this I actually thought that the Tor was more to the right of the Pyramid stage...but I suppose it depends where you're standing.
