They're rumoured, but it wasn't confirmed like they are for TITP

Last year everyone thought Bloc Party were playing V as they had played high at Reading the previous year, even efestivals had Bloc party down as Strong Rumour for V, and then there you go they got announced for Reading again.

So who knows where Kasabian are gunna end up. But they'll be at Reading or V for sure

Kasabian are heavily rumoured to be headlining V it was in "The Sun" which means it's definitely true!*

I'd be suprised though if Kasabian were anywhere other than V

I thought v was more of a pop festival for girls? I may be wrong never been v. surely an indie rock band such as kasabian would rather do reading/leeds. suppose it may depend on money and tv coverage

I was told today by a mate who apparently has really good connections (he wasn't trying to impress or anything as he didn't know I was a Reading goer or anything) that he knows the headliners are

Friday - Strokes

Saturday - Kasabian

Sunday - Greenday
