Haven't had a rant in this thread for a while.

At the moment I'm getting pissed off having the dodge the shite on the way from my flat to the town centre. People are dirty bastards for letting their dogs shite all over the place and then just leaving it.

I also hate the really lazy attitude that some drivers have. I was having a conversation with someone about the fact that I don't drive and they were amazed that I managed to go places without a car. It's not that fucking difficult. I either get a bus or a train, or I walk. This person actually said "but what do you do if you need something from the shop?" Well since the nearest shop is a 2 minute walk round the corner, I'll just fucking walk round and get whatever I need! People who drive to a shop which would take them 2 minutes to walk to are idiots. That's only acceptable if you're ill, or if you have a medical condition which means you can't walk, or maybe if it's raining heavily.

So this morning I received a pay slip. Imagine my excitement to see that I have been paid for work I have not done. This turned to curiosity when I realised I had not worked any of the shifts and then to dismay when I saw the bank details were not mine. So money I have not earned is going into a bank account that isnt mine. Another morning spent on the phone to sort it, but I get a gut feeling that they will deduct this lot over the next few weeks. Thats he they ever pay me :-(

BMW drivers are getting worse. Why are they all generally such selfish, arrogant w*nkers on the roads? Guarantee when there's someone being a dick on the road these days, there's a 99% probability of it being some tosser in a BMW. Generalisations are dangerous sometimes, but this is one that is proven to be right pretty much every time I go for a drive anywhere.

They should create a Prick Tax. The only provision for being eligible to pay it is that you own a BMW. Of course the government won't do that, since they're likely to be made up of said c**ts.

Don't get me started on the twats that drive those 4x4 monstrosities. Those things should require a HGV license to drive - because that's the level of skill and spatial awareness people driving these tanks should have before dropping off their devil spawn at school.

My own procrastination annoys me. It's debilitating. There's a million and one things my mind wants to do but I never get the things done. I think I'm essentially lazy and that fact annoys me too.

try learning to love doing nothing instead. It's not a crime. :)

It's a piece of modern social conditioning bollocks which tells you that you must spend every minute of your existence doing something 'useful' when the reality is that it's all just time-filling.

If you're able to time-fill by doing nothing and be happy with it then you're not losing out on anything. :)

Everything's pointless, so really it comes down to which pointless things you'd like to do in your life.

We're conditioned to believe that doing nothing is bad and that producing is always good.

I often think the time I'm not wasting is also when I'm doing nothing, because that's what I want to do, nothing. That's fucked up I know, but it's only because being productive has become associated with work and everything I despise. When I do something I don't want to do, but have to, that's when I feel like my time on this planet is being wasted.

I can't stand lazy people who make others drag their weight, but I also can't stand workaholics who take pride in their adherence to slavery.

There's zero shame in doing nothing.
