Compared to my old tent it is. Mind you a dead rat in a pair of gutties smelt better than my old tent. (don't ask me how I know that)

My shed got flooded a couple months ago so need a new tent. I was thinking about going light to festivals this year so was going to buy a backpacker type 2 man tent, then I saw your one Trix and thought I'd get that one.

However I have just discovered the tent I have been dreaming about for festivals for years! It fits all of my criteria although it does weigh 25.9kg and will be a bugger to errect but meh! Meet the Sunncamp Elan 200.....

this is mine and rexclark's tent. it managed rockness, wickerman and leeds last year. still in good condition. it says three man but it's about the size of a four man. would rather it had a proper porch, but the wee bit of porch is alright. Edited February 8, 2010 by _rachelbon

that looks no bad, the big porch bit would be good for sitting in if it's raining. but you couldn't share that tent with anyone, the room is too wee.

2 wee? How do you work that out? I'm 6ft2 which is 190cm so it's long enough and then compare the width to say, yours for example. The one I want gives each person 75cm in width, yours 72cm

Remember the living room bit can be used for all yer stuff/getting changed etc.

Anyway, not even decided if I want to buy it yet haha

It looks like the same sort of demensions as mine bench but with a 2 sleeping area and then the room to play with. Nice.

I think I saw something like that yesterday, also the 400. 3000HH is really good. Mine is only 2000. But I think that should do.

I've partied in this tent twice, menatl, brilliant but mental. mate left it at connect though. Just couldn't deal with it anymore apparently too much hassle.
