Fantastic band, new album out 15th June, played Reading/Leeds last two years also playing Area 4 along with Blink just before Reading/Leeds this year.

I would say so. Mid/low mainstage if the album does as well as I think it might.

The Gaslight Anthem has revealed that the following up to their critically acclaimed second album 'The '59 Sound' will be out on June 15th 2010 and it will be called 'American Slang'. According to singer Brian Fallon, the songwriting on the new album is set to be different than on the band's previous efforts.

They're playing manchester, oxford and birmingham in late June this year, does this make them more or less likely to play R/L.

Those dates are expected to be Glastonbury warm-up shows

They aren't playing Glastonbury because they are playing the london show on the Saturday of Glastonbury (26th) and also on the Friday they are playing Hard Rock Calling at Hyde Park as part of the Pearl Jam line-up for that day
