If by a few you mean TITP, Oxegen and maybe V you'd be right. Green Day won't play R/L because historicly bands that have stadium shows don't get booked to play R/L in the same summer. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it

I think Blink-182 will be the punky headliner everyone seems to want, even though they arguably aren't big enough to, there's always one people have that doubt about, last year it was the Arctic Monkeys, no?

Arctic Monkeys are one of the biggest bands around in the UK today. Kings of Leon were the only headliner last year which could have arguably been lower.
