We wait and wait and finally we get a rumour and we get given Gabriella Cilmi! Played in 2008, had one big song in the UK (sweet about me) but i don't think she has done a great deal over here since then....any thoughts lol? Most probably early afternoon in the Arena like in 2008.

I'm guessing more rumours will rapidly start appearing over the next couple of weeks before the announcement.. hope so anyway! There must be somebody with inside information somewhere surely?

Babyshambles? Klaxons? New albums coming out soon... And Klaxon's were brilliant at Melt last year, new stuff sounded good!

Can't see there being too many rumors over the next 11 days.

Regarding the 2 updates today, I actually don't mind Gabriella Cilmi at all....

As for Vampire Weekend, saw them at the O2 Academy in Newcastle last Friday, and they were fecking superb, best gig I've been to for a few years (along with Shed 7 in December) and really hope they are confirmed - two great albums and to back it up, fantastic live.

She is gawjus, got a new album coming out, and her new single sounds good to me, more upbeat to original stuff. Vampire weekend are just awesome n cant wait to see them

Vampire Weekend were on 5live today on Richard Bacons show. They said they had just finished a 2 week stint in the UK then were off to Germany.

But they finished by saying they would be back over in the Uk over the summer. Doesn't guarantee it would be V, but does fuel the rumours

Well they're confirmed for Isle of Wight already, Id expect them to do TITP and Oxegen too and hopefully V
