Ed209
Agree. Great thing about him though is that he keeps moving, keeps doing different things and keeps us interested. damn right. He's a true musical artist. His side projects are always top notch too. There's just not enough melody in the album for him to get his voice wrapped around. Too much synth and beats, not enough soul, for my liking

kaosmark2
I've seen him 4 times now, excellent every time, although some disgraceful c**t booed him at Reading this year. Best time I saw him was this Feb/March (?), fantastic show.
Ed209
whatac**t at Reading. A brave c**t, mind. I'm fairly sure Lanegan can kill with a single stare.

Apparently at the gigs you can get a cd of Lanegan singing Christmas carols

That's the kind of christmas cheer I'll be looking for this year Worth getting there to see one of the support acts too - The Creature with the Atom Brain. Very much a stoner rock vibe in the vein of Kyuss and early QOTSA.

Wooderson
CwtAB are fairly decent. I've seen "Millionaire" play a couple times too. Solid stoner fodder.

Yep I saw that this morning too. Figured he'd be on there but always good to know for sure. It's that and the new John Grant album that i'm most looking forward to this year. My joy was tempered though when I found out The Mars Volta have split up
