I think that touts only give 'guaranteed refunds' if they are trying to scam people and those offering their services for money in this way are just touts adjusting to new ticketing systems.

When might we expect Glastonbury.seetickets.com will go live? (I know it shouldn’t make any difference if you join early or late).    Reason I’m asking is I’m very familiar with a large French annual sports online system, they claim it’s random but it doesn’t always work that way, it allows you to join the queue hours before the sale time and the earlier you join the better the queue position to at least some degree.
