Somthing strange happened...

I went to but 3 x tickets on Ticketline @ 8:55, but after I put all my details in it crashed... anyway my bf got 3 x fine (even though when i rang up to check they said no at first).

Anyway we would have liked to get another 2, but I wasn't stressing as I had the 7 x tickets (4 x from pre-sale) I wanted... so an extra 2 x was just a bonus.

Anyway we resigned ourselves to the fact that we couldn't get another 2 and would try another day...

Then I got a confirmation email through saying my transaction that had crashed had gone through

just called ticketline as same happened to me, but i hear they may be reversing a lot of orders as they've over sold

They can only do that to the ones that havent had confirmation email yet.

god i hope they dont cancel them! they'd better do it by time booked rather than just randomly. i.e. make sure that the ones who got errors at 9 get them rather than the people who booked later and didnt.

Same has happened to me, i got through on ticketline approx 8.55am and tried to order 3, clicked confirm and the website crashed.

Just logged onto my emails and see i have had a confirmation off them for 3 tickets and the money has been taken out off my account....Surely they cannot cancel them now can they? with confirmation mail and the money gone??

I joined just to give my experience of buying tickets today, at about 8.55am got onto ticketline and saw tickets on sale, so went through the process of buying 4, placed my payment details, clicked confirm and was taken to a page saying my order could not be fulfilled. So bought my tickets elsewhere (ticketfactory-hope you guys can confirm its a verified site??) and at about 1pm today had a confirmation email of ticketline. So rang them and after 25 minutes got through to someone saying it was impossible to cancel my order until it had gone through the payment motions and was told to ring back at 3 o clock. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

similar story for me, ordered 3 tickets on ticketline, went through everything, clicked on purchase tickets then got crashed screen instead of confirmation, so went back on and did the same again, now i have two confirmation e-mails of two different transactions for 3 tickets!! gonna ring em and cancel one order, explain to them whats happened.

awesome, i totally managed to get a hold of 4 red camping tickets, but the price came out to a few quid over what I have. ya think they'll just take off one of the tickets from what i bought or just cancel the whole thing :/

i got the confirmation e-mail but hey that says it's waiting for authorisation from the bank, and that's not going to go down well!

I emailed ticket line to make sure all was ok and they confirmed my order was confirmed and payment taken, so they better not!!
