Eddie94
Hi, I'm just wondering, say i was to see a band on the 4 music stage then move to the v stage to see the next band on there, how close to the front would i be? I know it seems a stupid question but i was just wondering because i wanna be prepared so i don't miss the bands who i wanna see the most. Cheers. rhysieg
it honestly depends on the size of the band, we only had trouble twice last year to get a decent spot. for both headliners, killers/oasis. gotta say oasis had the biggest main stage crowd i ever seen at v, we watched the twang and oasis had already started, took us a long time to get anywhere decent, and even then it wasent the best. the killers were the same, went to the bar and couldent get back into a decent spot. so basically - headliner, get your space early. anyone else should be ok. tom taylor
Well I left the arena both nights last year after the Calvin Harris and Lady GaGa and got really quite close to the front for both the headliners on the V stage! Best trick is go around the sides of the stage then cut your way in as best you can. Last year it was quite funny because this fat man noticed us and said "follow me" so me and my friends followed him, he walked straight through the middle of the crowd and we got bout 10 rows back from the front! I felt bad but for the 2nd day we walked around the side of the stage where theres more room and got good places to see Snow Patrol! Best of luck and enjoy your first V!! kibble
Ok thanks. It's the Saturday at Weston park that i'll be moving about because i plan on staying on the main stage more or less or day on the Sunday(KOL line up). On the Saturday i wanna see madness then move across to the 4 music stage to get a good place for Doves and The Prodigy. Do you think i should be good for that? Ross78
if you're facing the main stage, stand to the right, and towards the front if you can....this'll make it easier to drift over to the C4 stage if you wanna move...
