I remember reading its the 15th, that's next week.

We've had our 3 main stage and Second stage headliners.

So who do you want or think it will be?

Aslong as Rise Against and Skindred get announced ill be a happy man.

Rise Against have a US date on the Sunday, so I think that counts them out. Reckon they'll be announced for Soni tonight.

I'm realistically hoping for Dillinger Escape Plan and August Burns Red to not be silly slots (Might not find that out anyway?) and for er, Foxy Shazam, Finch, Alexisonfire, Coheed and Cambria, Brand New, 36 Crazyfists, Idiot Pilot and some others.

Can't see me getting many of them though lol.

I think Brand New are supposed to be coming back for a tour in may/june, so they could possibly play. Not sure what sort of venues though.

Yeah I was going to ask, never having been to Download before, when does the FULL lineup usually come out? I am impatient!

The FULL lineup can be completed very close to the actual festival - when the last announcement was made they said they'd only got ~10% sorted.

Deep Purple for the same slot as ZZ Top last year is what im hoping! still clinging onto hope for John Garcia playing Kyuss, Alice In Chains possibly....and at a very long shot Jane's Addiction!

Sonisphere have now said today theres no announcement today, that festival is so badly ran compared to Download, how many times have they said they announcement coming and then not delivered, think Soni is really finding it hard to book acts IMO

Think Rise Against could play Download Friday still

Jay Z is playing IOW Friday then playing the same fest as Rise Against Sunday, so its possible

We won't get Alice In Chains. The Download Rumour Roundup thread seem to think they have link to 'Galbraith's organisation' (Sonisphere), and on top of that, they're in Italy on June 11th, Novarock in Austria on June 13th. Now very unlikely at best, unfortunately.

Biffy Clyro I would like to see, as I've ignored them several times before. Now I'm into them a bit more I wouldn't mind checking them out.
