Thing is with TITP and the slam tent is that one day they will have to change style away from techno, electro is much stronger at the moment with younger generations and in 10 or so years when the vintage T goers are well outnumbered techno just won't cut it with most.

agreed about electro, not nice at all. techno has stood the test of time which i cant see this electro do.

T in the Park and Rockness are dealing with different markets,one is more established than the other, and one has more money to spend too ! They are not trying to steal anyone.. You like both festivals, go out and fish out on both!

What about people who choose between them each year? For many people they are in direct competition. I have several friends who do this.

Even me, part of the reason I don't go to TITP is Rockness.
