Lithium05
I'm semi confident John Otto will be taking us to the Matthews Bridge.
Rancidpunk_76
Don't care which metal bands they book - considering the clientel that Reading attracts nowadays, i'll be bunking off to Sonisphere/Download instead

Vieuphoria
It'll be better than seeing/listening to the same old dire indie shite bands.

robsadler
i'm not a massive fan of metal on the whole but would love deftones to play (again!) or limp bizkit would be good fun. i remember seeing them in 2000....awesome! i love wolfmother too....not sure if they count as metal but it would be good if they played which i imagine is extremely likely having had an album out recently. very good live band too. Budweiser
nope. The only way i'd ever watch Avenged is if it shut people up about cliched, fictional indie bullshit, sheep herded argument. It wore thin a year ago.

tdrules
Maybe if A7X played they could complete a set without needing a crowd member to sing for them?

jammy2211
Sigh, it's not fiction, it's fact. Dire Indie's a dying trend; get over it.
rexclark
There weill be Indie music if thats what you want to call it, at R&L for the long term. Deal with it, it's not going anywhere.

rexclark
It'll always exsist, but it's going out the mainstream, at last. The fad is over and I doubt we'll see another Franz / Razorlight one single hype booked as headliner again, with any luck. I've no doubt the Reading line up will reflect this this year though. jammy2211
There might be a slight shift in the acts you'll se at the festival but it will only be a slight shift. Indie music is trendier now than it ever has been although now it comes in various different styles.
