This year's Mumford & Sons?

So who is going to be this year's big find at EOTR, in the mould of Mumford & Sons, unknown and with pretty much nothing available to buy before the festival, play an early set and wow the crowd, and within six months are all over everything like a rash.

I remember being a bit miffed that I couldn't buy early copies of Mumford and Sons album at EOTR, that's bloody Island records for you - and STILL no vinyl version!!!!!!! How out of date are they?

I'm still expecting Erland & The Carnival to be added to the bill, what with them being at Bestival that weekend. Reckon they'll play both and they could be the ones to cross over to the general public. The album is very good and they'd be very suited to EOTR.

Wilderness of Manitoba CD?

Well, that's an ep, of which one track is the original version of one of the songs (sung by the leadsingers mother 30+ years ago)

- though not sure who they are selling it through? Or who is importing it. As far as I know there's only about 10 copies of it in the country...and 5 of them are on my desk. They are touring in May as well- if you are in London or Brighton that is....
