The G'n'R 'tribute band' is already becoming old and they have only actually been 'confirmed' today.

Yeah im sure Axel should be trawling his band through tiny university venues up and down the country instead charging £10. Really where they belong.

I'd really love to know what has happened to leeds/reading, the last few years have been fantastic but this year is the worst let down ever for headliners

Two has been bands which should of been left in the past in GnR and Blink 182 and Arcade Fire who most people will scratching their heads and saying "WHO?" oh and not to mention another get together for Libertines and me going to back to how the hell does a band getting back together deserve this much bloody hype or how they even big enough to headline or even play high up on the mainstage.

I still believe leeds/reading has failed big time due to other announcements and festivals having waaaaaaaay better headliners - Download and Glastonbury, saying that though it seems download is just announcing rubbish after the amazing start with the headliners and second stage headliners.

Personally I'd much rather have blur than any of the rumoured headliners so far, so good news IMO.

You cannot possibly complain about having Libs as subs. If they weren't as unreliable they could easily headline and if they weren't falling apart at the time there second album (#1, rave reviews) was released they would've undoubtedly headlined a major festival by now so by going away and getting back together now has only stunted their growth. You obviously don't understand how big they were at the beginning of the last decade.
