he's announced he's not playing, all the reliable forum sources say he's not playing

and with him already making his UK comeback at T, it's kind of not in keeping withe FR's exlusive acts tradition

I know, it's crazy. Someone mentions the name of a band and everyone starts coming up with some wild conspiracy theory about how they could be playing.

It will be The Libertines. Arcade Fire will be headlining NME. I'm willing to bet my house on it.

libs could headline, but wont! if not for the fact they might not turn up.

gnr are more reliable of late, they are less likely to be in prison/dead at that time anyway. and also a much bigger band, well, a bigger name
