j-j-j-j-joe!
Okay, so its gonna be my first time at reading (and judging by the lineup rumours, its gonna be a goodun). My friend went last year but he's pretty sick of me asking question so was wondering if anyone else could help out: 1. On monday, do i buy my ticket and earlybird pass at the same time, or are they two seperate purchases? Slightly less important questions: 2. It says on the website that there are showers on one of the campsites and at the local swimming pool. Are these worth using? I'm perfectly happy to go without a proper wash but a shower on at least one of the days might be nice! 3. Whats road G4? Keeps mentioning it on the website and was a bit confused. On monday, do i buy my ticket and earlybird pass at the same time, or are they two seperate purchases? Ive never bought mine on ticket day, ive always just turned up and slipped security a tenner, however they put a stop to that last year, so im not 100% but I believe they are seperate transactions. Slightly less important questions: 2. It says on the website that there are showers on one of the campsites and at the local swimming pool. Are these worth using? I'm perfectly happy to go without a proper wash but a shower on at least one of the days might be nice! Never showered at Reading, but people I know who have seem to think there okay, and I bet a swim at the Rivermead on a saturday morning before the bands would be quite nice, only ive never been arsed to walk over there 3. Whats road G4? Keeps mentioning it on the website and was a bit confused. All the roads/pathways have a letter and a number to represent where they are. G4 stands for Green 4, Y6 stands for Yellow 6 (I think anyway :S). And IIRC Corectly G4 is the first path by the (old) main entrance that runs up with Green Camp on one side and the arena on the other. Whether im totally right or not, I can tell you, it's really not especially important Ta guys
