Great material if you like The Cribs. It's like they make music to be played in backgrounds that's how plain it is.

I think the point was that he was trying to get the interpreter to explain to the crowd by speaking slowly. He is a mentalist, but he is also one of the greatest rock frontmen of all time.

Anyone who produces an album like Appetite For Destruction deserves a little respect, although I suspect most of those laying into him weren't even born when that album was released and instantly made them the biggest band on the planet!

they played a mediacre set, but someone threw a cup onstage, casuing him to walk offstage and have a temper tantrum

then proceeded to cut the set short because the venue lincense ran out of time

Imo, it was just pathetic

This depresses me so much.

I love GnR. And the vids of their shows in Osaka looks seriously good.

And out of Blink, Arcade Fire and GnR, they are the only headliner that I want to see.

Im not gonna moan about that...

But please...anyone who think hes a twat and decides to throw something at them.... please think about the other people in the crowd that want to see them play. If they go off in a hissy fit, I for one will feel like its been a waste of money

They are another 4 stages going on. Go watch one of them, and if you dont like them... go get drunk somewhere.

Name a major rock band that has a lead singer that hasn't got an attitude problem or at least had the odd moment. Anything they do is intensified. He asked the audience in a polite way not to throw stuff

Firstly, ANYONE comparing The Cribs to GNR is an idiot.

Axl gets a bad press and general negative responses because of his "Bad boy of rock" persona which got given to him 20 years ago, If someone comes to your work and throws something at you are you going to ignore it? f**k no.

People who throw shit at stages shouldn't be allowed in to gigs anyway, your a prick dont ruin everyone's show.

And i'm not being funny like GNR or not their catalogue of hits is undeniable and I do believe they still have the record for most debut albums sold.

It seems like Axl bashing is the fashionable thing to do, even with metal fans. People seem to forget how incredible Guns N Roses were and how much of that was because of Axl. His voice is still awesome and if the Reading crowd don't turn on him it will be an incredible headlining set!
