There isn't really a 'best place' to buy tickets.

Just keep all the main ticket sites open (SeeTickets, Ticketline, Ticketmaster, Stargreen etc) and you should be fine.

I managed to get mine from seetickets, without using backdoor links with not to much trouble at all really. Most important thing is to be patient, it will probably take a while.

The smaller ones that are listed as official are usually quicker as less people flock to them. Ticketline, gigantic, stargreen etc.

Last year I had completed my transaction one minute before the tickets officially went on sale by using ticketline.

no way to predict that really tho I haven't had much experience. Some sites do need you to make an acount I think so do that well in advance. apart from that and my previous comment I recommend going on at about 6 :15 as some sites make queues.
