because of what kids in glass houses said, and a few other things, i think arcade fire will be headlining nme, hopefully, ill still see them, but that would free up a mainstage headline space, which i would hope would be

Outsiders to co with AF or headline main Gorillaz/Blur, Eminem.

Neil says his sources got info AF def on last to their knowledge so if they on main stage can only be Gorillaz to co headline cos others would not play under AF IMO.

Libertines not forced to sub headline, other special guests in the past such as ian brown not subbed, although could be argued if they are the "special guests" bigger than others from past line ups

how exactly do you figure that one out? considering Eminem was apprently supposed to be headlining Wireless and he's now apprently not, he looks more likely than Blur and why would Blur play anyway considering Gorillaz new album only recently came out?

because in a radio 1 interview they said that they were reforming and playing festivals apparently... eminem has also apparently said he is not playing .. im just going on what has been said.. :|

why does it seem everybody has ruled the libertines out as an NME headliner?

NME worship them and they are more suited for smallerish gigs, not saying the nme stage is small like.

i think they would be better in there, the only thig could be, because it is their reunion, the crowd could be huge! but nothing the nme stage couldnt handle if somebody like GNR were on the main stage

these will be their first shows in years and everybody will want to see them (i bet the day tickets for that day sell out incredibly fast)

people would literally die if the Libs played the NME
