Counted about 12 bands I actually want to see which is better than usual for the first announcment

Well happy about QOTSA, Weezer and NOFX they were pleasant surprises for me

Add a stong lockup with maybe the likes of Rancid on there and that would round it off for me

Thank god we were saved from MCR headlining....although we probably have that to look forward to next year

im pretty happy to be honest.

there is a good mixture of bands for me so far.....

i think the arcade fire are absolutely brilliant. so good live and i think their place is well deserved. their music will be around for years to come.

it'll be good to see blink 182, limp bizkit, nofx, weezer etc again. i enjoy seeing them all live and i think a lot of people will be chuffed to see them on the lineup.

i have not managed to see the drums yet and i'm quite excited about that, can't wait for more smallish bands to be announced.

i never got the chance to see the libertines live before and they are one of my favourite bands.

hopefully refused will headline the day that GNR are on as im not a huge fan of theirs.

So happy about the lineup, counted 17 bands I want to see on there.

Is it just me or do people think that Limp Bizkit could be playing higher.

And Maccabees are placed a bit high in my opinion, but I'm not going to complain because i'm too happy with the Friday and Sunday

Will there still be atleast 3 bands annnounced for the mainstage each day for it to add up to 10/11?

And possible Frank Turner/Modest Mouse.

But seriously NME on the Friday for Leeds is so sweet.

And mainstage Sunday Leeds is epic.

Shame saturday is weak for me... and isn't that usually dance tent day?

Much prefer to have that on a lock up day >.<

This lineup is immense, only big clash I can see so far is probably having to miss We Are Scientists, otherwise everything is perfect. Is is just me or could the Bands playing fourth down on the main stage ( ie The Cribs, Cypress Hill and Lost Prophets) easily have sub-headlined. And they are playing fourth - Wicked.

Limp Bizkit, Cypress Hill, Weezer, Paramore and Blink 182 all in a row is very special indeed.

I bet the Lock-up will bring some nasty clashes.

I have to say that on paper it looks good but...

Ive seen every band I like on there before, and been disappointed at how bad/dull they were (blink, weezer, gnr, nofx, limp bizkit, biffy)

and there's still a day of shit!

Still, better than last yr. Will be full of chavs for the libs day tho.

I used to like Leeds/Reading. Maybe I've just grown out of it?

I'm not a moaner the line up is ok, I like a fair few bands on there (Biffy, Lostprophets, Shikari, QOTSA, Billy, Limp, Cypress Hill) but I've seen them all (some loads of times) before.

Personally I'm not too bothered, mainly becasue I've spunked my cash on Download but at this stage I won't be gutted at not going. Reading Sat main stage is pretty awful and 90% of the the radio one stage is really weak.

And as for GnR - I'm not paying money to see them again after the clustef**kup that was Download 2006. Moaning bastard!

Sunday reading Mainstage looks like a 'fun' day, even though I'm not really into most of it.

But fair play if you get a ticket like, it's still a strongish line up. And there will be loads of good stuff to come no doubt, then I will be jealous!
