Flobadobalob
Ive no idea why we have 3 "dance" headliners on the nme stage, but does this mean they are actually go ahead and do the 3 day lockup?!

jaab
they've got balls like, going for a very electro look to the nme.
she bangs the drums
The NME tent for Pendulum is going to be even busier than Lostprophets was against Radiohead. I can see Arcade Fire having one of the lowest headliner crowds in recent times.

she bangs the drums
I doubt it, I recon alot of the Libertines crowd will stay for Arcade Fire and Libertines will have a huge crowd.
Macca3031
Anyone else surprised by Klaxons. Don't get me wrong I like their album and they put on an OK show but I thought they weren't big enough to headline that tent 3 years ago (though they were probably less of a disappointment than SP) and since then they've recorded an album that was rejected by the record company cos it was too shit. Maybe it will be awesome and they'll put on a comeback show that proves r&l right but I think that's unlikely
Role Model
I'm surprised. who's to say they're new album wont totally bomb, it's not out of the question for a hyped NME band to fall flat on their face when they try to follow up their debut. VCK
Yeah I think Pendulum in the tent is a disaster waiting to happen TBH. They could easily be swapped with Weezer.

Dirty Boots
There's going to be a lot of crying kids during and after Pendulum.
hombrederayo
Considerinh how packed the field was for their other stage subheadline at glasto last year, if the nme tent isnt increased in size, then there will be people hurt thats for sure. kibble
Pendulum in the tent is just unbelievable. Such an accident waiting to happen. Glady i'm going to the ten wayy earlier ( When Libertines are on) to get a good place ( hopefully). I just see over half of Libertines crowd heading towards the NME tent in their masses, then crying outside because they wont be able to get in... Dirty Boots
Undoubtedly Libertines ''fans'' will be running to the tent, before they even finish to get there for Pendulum. Edited March 30, 2010 by Dirty Boots
Joshuwarr
LCD Soundsystem will be amazing and I hope they draw a decent crowd as they are one of the most credible bands of recent years.

lacney
Imo, I don't think LCD Soundsystem are big enough for that tent, same story when it comes to Klaxons, anyone reckon a later act will get announced and bump them down like last year? Role Model
i hope so, but i dont see it happening, just due to how they were billed on Radio1 and it does make sense, unlike Jamie T last year.
liamgazza
If Arcade Fire get's a low crowd, it means I'll get a better spot so not too fussed...
