I forgot everything as soon as Zane Lowe started naming bands on Radio one, it took me about an hour to remember there was no Eminem and that Neil had got 2 out of 3 headliners right all those months ago, for which I will be the first to say cheers for.

EDIT: All those months ago was actually some time last month, God times travelling slowly.

Not a chance in hell they'd headline the Lock Up. They were being touted as Main Stage headliners at the beginning of the month. They'd be 2nd top Main if they played.

bit gutted about MCR not being there. Still easily enough to keep me happy.

Gaslight Anthem, NOFX, The Libertines, Billy Talent, Blink 182, Weezer, Biffy Clyro, Pendulum, Frank Turner, Modest Mouse all pretty good for me. probably the best initial line-up in a while. if MGMT, MCR and the Dropkick Murphys had been there it would really have been as good as i could've hoped for

Not that i'm arsed they're not playing seeing as i've seen them before and thought they were terrible, but i reckon they were booked but had to cancel due to the drummer leaving the band. Probably there next year though.

Very surprising given the early Twitter comments and rumours from efestivals, but it's looking very unlikely. Maybe the suggestions of delaying until next year in the hope they'll be headliners by then, or the fallout from the drummer leaving are why.
