I've been waiting to see these guys for years, so looking forward to it. Really hoping for as much older stuff as possible, but more realistically I'd love them to play The Good Life and Keep Fishin, though pretty much anything off the first three albums will be EPIC.

What are the chances of them sticking around and doing a UK tour, as I'd love to have the chance to see them play one of their own gigs as well as the festival spot

*sigh*

Last year an "angry mob" tore down the telegraph pole that was next to our tents. They then proceeded to throw other peoples (these people were away from their camps) belongings and tents onto the huge fire they built. I am fed up with this behaviour, it's impossible to reason with those involved, so I take the f**k off home option.

I personally don't mind the sunday nights! (Hate referring to them as 'riots' seeing as they're not, i just say bonfires). I've personally always camped on orange but slightly more towards the green side as there's not much trouble that end, so i've never had any grief with stuff getting nicked. I find it's mostly people burning their own stuff and not other peoples and as long as no-one gets hurt, it's nice to warm up next to a big fire!

But if someone did indeed try to get my stuff, it'd be clobberin' time fo' sho'.

this is the option i've taken the last two years, i'd never found sunday night to be a great night anyway, your knackered and theres no bands to look forward to in the morning, its easier to go back to normal if you can wake up in your own bed on monday morning/afternoon

One of the few bands I'm a fan of but have yet to see live. Now I get to and I couldn't be happier. Hoping for a greatest hits set, something like:

Troublemaker

My Name is Jonas

(If you're wondering if I want you to) I want you to

Buddy Holly

Beverly Hills

Dope Nose

Say it Ain't so

Pork and Beans

El Scorcho

Undone (The Sweater song)

Keep Fishin'

Island in the Sun

Hash Pipe

Its like lord of the flies, with no real law theyll resort to bad nature haha. if the situation was well controlled then it wouldnt happen, but from the firestarters point of view, the border between "okay, hes got a good point, i should probably stop" and "f**k him, f**k the matrix" (haha) is oh so fine. What isnt wanted is over control to the point where real riots occur

in other words, i think its probably fine as it is, either change the festival to attract different types of people, ban fires all together, or just make sure people are aware of the facts.

this will be the 4th time i've seen weezer down the recentish years.

saw them in sheperds bush (crackout and jimmy eat world supporting - first time i'd ever even heard of JEW! great gig!), brixton academy and at reading fest 2002 (ish).

they were always good. hopefully they play a lot of old songs including el scorcho and say it ain't so. only in dreams is always brilliant live too. fingers crossed ash play too and cover it as well!
