Scarlet Mist is a face-value ticket exchange service for festivals.

Last year we had great problems with fraudsters, and have been reviewing our processes.

This year we have already had one seller attempting to sell 4 tickets. We suspect it was a scam. We cannot imagine why anyone would have 4 tickets to sell at this stage.

Therefore we have decided to delay handling tickets for V Festivals until the 14th of June. We hope that this will not affect genuine sellers and will help reduce fraud.
