shinobi93
So I bought my weekend ticket and early entry back in September in the pre-sale, but last night a couple of mates asked if I'd try and get a pair of tickets for them too. I got through on Ticketline with no problems, got the confirmation email within about an hour or so, and all was well, until my sister informed me she had already bought a pair for her and her boyfriend in the pre-sale too! As her flat is only a Halls of Residence for uni, the billing address is the same as the 3 tickets i have bought, meaning it is 5 from my household. I've bought mine from different sites (1 from Seetickets and 2 from Ticketline) whilst my sister bought on Ticketmaster and different names have obviously been used. I've been concerned that I may end up losing all of my tickets since I've exceeded the limit of 4 per household. Should I be worried? P.S - I checked my bank before and the money from last night's pair has been taken from my account. I'd just really like to put my mind at rest so i'd really appreciate it if someone could help. Thanks,
lharris92
should be fine tbh as theyve taken the money also it says nothing about the two different companies so who knows
FiestaDave
I can't see the various companies comparing addresses as thats surely against your privacy? However FR could check but I highly doubt it.
shinobi93
I hope your both right. If they were to do something about it, would I only lose the last pair or all my tickets, because i'm not 100% sure if my sister and her BF still want to go so I could just gives their tickets to my mates? Losing 2 shouldn't be too much of a problem (as long as I get my money back) but if I lose them all I'm screwed!
lharris92
well if it helps you i got 7 tickets in total - all taken and i got 4 from ticketmaster and 3 from seetickets and it went through so its all good
shinobi93
Using the same address though? Mine has went through and as I say, money has been taken so it seems like i'm OK, but i wasn't sure if they'd be able to cancel the order after this. DaLumberjack
Should be fine, I have 3 from Ticketline and 4 from Seetickets. Due to privacy policies i'm sure that the two ticket companies can't share data, and they distribute the ticket's, not FR from what I remember... darth haggis
i did this last year, bought a few in the pre-sale then a load more from a different website on release day. Was absolutely fine, no problems encountered! You will be fine, as they are from different websites
shinobi93
Thanks for your help guys! I was just a little worried as not only would I be losing mine, but my mates who I've bought for would have been disappointed, and blamed me!
