Why the f**k are they so low? Below Maccabees and The Cribs, really?? They are easily as big as Weezer no?

Oh well, my favourite band so I don't really care anyway. Be strange seeing them in broad daylight though...

anyone care to hazard a guess on the setlist? I'm presuming they will play 7 or 8 songs in that slot? Saw them at ATP in Decemeber an they played a great setlist opening with dramamine and playing: tiny cities made of ashes, trailer trash, paper thin walls, shit luck, doin the cockroach.. it was pretty sick. I imagine them to do a more poppy set (which I'm not too bothered about) because I would love to hear the likes of Float On, Dashboard, 3rd Planet, I Came As A Rat, The View, Satellite Skin and maybe a couple of obscurer tracks like Styrofoam Boots or Edit the sad parts.

Anyway, I don't care that they're playing so low I'm just ecstatic that I already get to see Modest Mouse, Band Of Horses, Weezer, Libertines, Cypress Hill, LCD Soundsystem some of my favourite bands at my favourite festival when in other years I haven't even seen this many in a full weekend.

Best first announcement since I started going in 2005 easy.

i'd be more interested if they were in the tent, honestly cant see them coming across very well early on the mainstage.

I couldn't guess what they'd play at all. Knowing them they could come on and play weird stuff from the back catalogue or just do Dashboard, Float On etc. the 'hits'. I think they'll be really good.

I'd prefer them higher up in the tent myself but I'm not complaining just happy they're there, saw them last year in Brixton and they were excellent.

I agree tent would be better (but that is the same with most bands, indoor gigs are just better).

Float On is one of my favourite songs ever, so I shall be there singing along and just enjoying them after The Gaslight Anthem.

There needs to be at least a one band gap between Modest Mouse and the Cribs so that Johnny Marr can have a nice sit down and a refreshing mug of Ovaltine.

Saw them at Glasto and enjoyed them, but yea they didnt pull a huge crowd, not really that big in the UK...

They'l play fire it up, obviously however...

Not as it stands at the moment (I think?), but with additions above FT in the tent, they might do.

I'd be disappointed if they clashed too, but would go with Modest Mouse as I haven't seen them before.

Can't wait for Modest Mouse! I saw them in December at Manchester Ritz and they played a good mix of 'hits' and lesser known stuff. They started with The Whale Song which was brilliant! Should be one of the highlights of the weekend

doubt it, never seen it live and looking at past setlists it's not exactly a live favourite so I dont know where that comment came from.

I have looked at enter shikaris set list from last year as they played the same slot and they fit 11 songs in so I will do 11 songs
