It's online banking so it lists each trasnsaction.

Yeah it has gone from the funds, I havn't recieved the e-mail but I can see it on the seetickets tracker and I didn't recieve an e-mail last year either so i'm not too bothered about that.

Hopefully it will be sorted by tuesday.

Nothing to do with your online banking...all card payments (Amex, Maestro, Solo, Visa debit, Visa electron, Visa Credit and Mastercard) will be removed form your available balance and can take up to a further 5 working days to be removed from your physical balance. This is due to the card type not your bank...
