2 day ticket - when's the earliest you can get in?

Sorry if I've missed the answer to this question but I've looked high and low and had no luck. I was just wondering what the earliest you can get into the campsite is if you only have a 2 day camping ticket.

The reason I ask is that my friend is coming up on the train after work on the Friday and assuming he manages to get all of his connecting trains (he has 8 minutes to change at Edinburgh Haymarket!) he'll be at Inverness at about 11:30pm. He then has the issue of how to get to the festival and whether he can get in when he's there. The other option of course is to get a full weekend ticket and assume that all the trains will be on time and he won't miss any.

What does anyone reckon? Thanks in advance .
