plastic surgery's a must for some people, i.e. myself. i had reconstruction on left breast after a mastectomy and the right one uplifted. surgeon did a great job. this was a necessity as no way was i gonna go about wi a prosthesis in me bra for life lol.

as for botox NO NO NO! grow old gracefully and take care of your body,skin, do exercise and watch what and how much you eat.

havin said this, i'd love to have a flatter tummy but what the hell! im 58 and had 2 kids! im happy the way i am.

oh and also, a lot of folk have psychological reasons for needing surgery. dont judge! please!
