Sounds fresh. I keep them on for a couple of weeks after, in my job its not really appropriate to be walking around with bands on all over the place.

How manky has that '06 band got?! I see a few '09 bands on people and they're basically a breeding ground for sweat and dirt with the added benefit of making you unappealing to the opposite sex.

I don't know about you, but I go in the shower every day, so they get a regular freshen up...the '06 one isn't actually that straggly yet though.

Oh and with work, all my jobs since '06 have been your average office job, and I normally wear a shirt with the sleeves down and a jumper on top...so they never get seen unless i'm wearing a polo shirt on dress down days. Infact, I also have a lip ring in and they have never cared about that either (and I've worked in some BIG companies)
