I watched a bit of Alt-J, which was empty, a few songs of QOTSA which was empty. I then walked through an empty market to the back of the Pyramid and watched the second half of the set. It was very difficult to walk through the path by the ice cream vans at the back. I didn’t notice many leaving when I arrived. 

Japanese Breakfast: yes please! 

Last year it was Jan 30th.  I would expect late Jan, first week of Feb for 2nd wave.

I got a phone call from a trusted mate about 15 minutes into his set. He had gone round to the top of the hill just to have a look at the crowd. He said there’s loads of people leaving the arena. Obviously anyone well into the crowd won’t have been aware of this.   Anyway at the end of the day you lot enjoyed Elton, I enjoyed Rudimental and was in the Temple long before you managed to leave Elton
