think I got close or maybe did it in 2006 but I lost count, based on a rough average it should've been done with a few to spare but I don't think Norris McWhirter would have counted it

This ended up with a nice sleep and a few bars of chocolate in the welfare tent at T In The Park.

My girlfriend also posts on here, I can get her to confirm it for you, but needless to say she wasn't very happy that day.

Also although a hell of alot of booze, it was consumed over a 18 hour period, I'm pretty sure there'll be people on here who've drank an equal ammount or more.

.... wow you like a strong vodka mix.... I could just about stand a 50/50 mix for 1 drink, but not a 70/30 mix vodka strong all weekend....

Alright guys, first time festival goer/lifetime drinker here. If I'm arriving in the early afternoon on Thursday how much alcohol do you think is sensible to take for the weekend & still see a fair amount of bands?

If you're spending all day/night in the Arena it means you are only gonna be able to drink your own booze before and after the bands - depending on how big a drinker you are... 2 crates and a couple of bottle of spirits? Then about 5-10 pints in the Arena each day!

Is it close enough to be worth going back to the tent in the afternoon if there's nothing going on that you fancy, or would all the walking make it a waste of time?
