I'm standing by my idea that anyone could climb that. There are shitloads of branches. I have not seen this tree in person... but from the pic it looks simple enough. This is a picture of a kid on a tree, i see this all the time in my local park.

We were camped next to it in 08, it's in the far end of Red or Blue near the Piccadilly Party if I remember.
