Radio 1's Essential Mix 500th Act

Finally Aeroplane seem to be getting some deserved recognition and were chosen to do be the 500th dj(s) to do the Essential Mix.

One of my must see acts at Rockness, should be a corking way to get Saturday going, hopefully an early evening slot with the sun just starting to go down and their disco will be perfect way to get me started before Leftfield and Aphex Twin really get it going

It was advertised heavily that it was supposed to be Sasha but after listening to it last night, (and it was a belter of an essential mix) it was Aeroplane so Kudos to them and Sasha afterwards. Can't wait to see them at Rockness. Ritchie Hawtin's set though was something else.
