Student Bus Tickets

Me and my mates ordered one of the student ambassador RockNess tickets from Ticketmaster but now we're having trouble actually getting our bus ticket.

I thought it would be like TITP when you have to enter your code when you are paying online but there isn't this option on the Citylink site for RockNess.

I phoned Citylink and they don't have a clue and say they have nothing to do with it. I then phoned ticketmaster who didn't know who the bus travel was with.

Anyone have any idea what you're meant to do with these tickets to get bus travel? It's from Edinburgh if that helps.

Is the student bus tickets only for students? For instance, do student ticket holders get the normal buses that ordinary ticket folk do?

Also, do you need to show your matric card on the bus/when you get there?
