Reading between the lines there seems to be some dissention in the england camp, not sure if its between the manager or the players but it cant help.

Im surprised holland have had a bit fo stick for their performances. While it seems to be a less stylish and more pragmatic dutch side. I think they have approached the group games perfectly. They havent needed to get out of second gear so havent tried.
