Shuttle buses

Does anyone know if the Shuttle buses will be running from Stafford train station on the Friday morning this year? The information on the V website seems to be out of date from last year. Im coming down from Newcastle but im planning on staying in a hotel in Stafford on the Thursday night then going to the festival on Friday morning. I don't want to book a hotel on the Thursday without knowing I can get the shuttle bus the following morning though.

Just another quick question, I am getting the train back to Newcastle from Stafford on the Monday. What time do the buses usually run between on the Monday and what time would you recommend booking the train for approximately? I don't want to buy train tickets then miss the train because of the bus. I am buying advance train tickets because they are much cheaper but that means I can only get the train at the time it says on my ticket so I can't miss it.
